Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones is an American actress from the United States. Her most well-known roles include playing Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless as well as Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. The HBO Drama True Blood, she played in the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 at the University of Tennessee at Martin. Her first job was as a teacher for the county of Maury County where she taught children in kindergarten and Reading. In 1998, she got married to Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones and relocated into Thompsons Station. The following year at Bethesda Elementary she started teaching the 4th Grade. From 1999 until 2000 she taught while earning her Masters in Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She stepped out of the classroom in 2000 as they welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley has been spending the past fifteen years working on the development of the children of her congregation and in the community, while also serving as a variety of roles. Ashley has been a leader for a long time in the Preschool Ministry and the Student Ministry within Thompson Station Church. Ashley taught her children at home for 3 years while she was her home. As they homeschooled, the kids attended a tutoring session in which Ashley was a teacher of History at the beginning of Kindergarten and in First Grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling as well as spending time with her kids God evidently showed her family members that it was the right time to re-enter school full time. Brent as well as Ashley have five children. Silas Eliza and Cruz are both students at GCA. Baylor is an GCA grad who plays baseball. He is a student at UT Martin. Callan is as well a GCA Graduate, and he is at Western Kentucky University. The family is very engaged and they enjoy fishing, hunting and supporting their friends in sporting events.
