Anna Silk

Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is a Canadian actress who is most well-known for her character Bo in the Showcase television series Lost Girl. Silk was produced in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter Silk, an academic as well as Peter Silk, who was known as an accomplished actor and director. He was also a playwright, educator, as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna's early memories were of going to rehearsals for plays and watching her mom perform. Silk made several commercials while she was still a child. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Arts from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two of the early stage productions, including Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk moved in Toronto for her acting to improve, before moving after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman is her future spouse, whom she was introduced to at the time of her meeting in Los Angeles at an Actors workshop. The couple got engaged in 2009 before getting married at a civil ceremony that was held in December. They were married in Fredericton on April 10th the couple renewed their vows following her change of religion to Judaism. Silk Cooperman's birth took place in May of 2013, and her son was who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman. Her son Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk's TV work includes the role of Cassidy Holland in Being Erica for which she received an Gemini Awards nomination in 2009. She landed a principal role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus in Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during production of the season three finale. She announced the news to viewers on the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on 6 January 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 to announce that she is ready to resume working. On June 4, 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially announced the beginning of the final season of production. CNN's Cable News Network named her role as Bo along with Lauren (Zoie Parker) in Lost Girl as same-sex couples as one of their most-loved TV Couples. E! named the couple as the top TV Couple for 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk is one of the most popular shows on the social networks.
